The Company’s main office and Network Operations Center (NOC) are located In Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. However, we provide communications services all over Indonesia.
The Company’s microwave and satellite networks are managed and controlled through our Network Operations Center which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The connections to all of our clients are automatically checked every 3 to 5 seconds. Any problems are immediately noted by the Network Operations staff and remedial action is immediately taken.
The network operates 24 hours a day and is served with uninterrupted power supplies with backup generators.
